No tunnel
Open space, unobstructed view.

We combine the comfort of an open space with the imaging quality of closed scanners. No tunnel, no claustrophobia, with a loved one by your side.
A traditional 1.5T MRI is a closed tunnel with a diameter of approx. 60 cm. At APERTA, we use a 1 Tesla open scanner (HFO – High Field Open) – a design with two magnets above and below the table, with no walls around it. The high-field class ensures diagnostic quality comparable to 1.5T closed scanners for most routine indications.
