MRI for people with claustrophobia

Claustrophobia shouldn’t stand between you and a diagnosis. At APERTA, the scan takes place in an open scanner, with a loved one by your side. Success rate: 96–100%.

Are you afraid of the tunnel? You’re not alone

According to clinical studies, as many as 15% of patients give up or interrupt their MRI scan due to claustrophobia. This isn’t a weakness – it’s a natural bodily reaction. A traditional 1.5T MRI is a tunnel ~60 cm in diameter and over 1.5 m long. APERTA offers the only solution of its kind in Poland: an open 1T scanner.
